Customer lackness
The thing I hate when I'm standing on queue line on supermarket is when someone already in front of the cashier but not ready with the payment. So there she goes...open her bag, searching quite a while for her purse among a lot of stuffs inside her bag. And then spends quite  a while to get the right money to pay from her psychedelic purse! And maaaybe, she will use all small coins she has so it will take another while to count the coins...

Come on, before you are in front of the cashier, you are in queue, you obviously have time to -at least-  handed your purse already!

And don't tell me when its not many people in queue line! The happymood-cashier can be very dangerous person! She will have a sweet afternoon chit-chat with customer in front of her and ignore one or two people who are standing waiting for their turn including me!

I know maybe because they realize that the words 'customer service' or 'customer is a king' are kinda novel in Germany, they want to serve better with being nice and talkactive to customer...But not when other people on the line please...

yep.. itu emang betein bangeeettzzzz... agree.. mungkin di jerman sana ga ada tukang serobot ya... HERE in INDONESIA.. tukang serobot buanyaknyaaaaaaa belom lagi sikap mrk yang sok ga tau malu... klo diingetin pasti lgsg nyolot.. sapa yang ga bete tuh???? the saddest thing is... it is a CULTURE...

Eh kalo soal antri, di Jerman sini kalo aku baca di banyak forum...QUEUE juga nggak ada di kamus sini (alias sama dengan di Indo hehe...).
Tapi kalo berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi sih, aku belum pernah liat ya orang serobot-serobotan

Ja, das kann Einem den letzten Nerv rauben, an der KAsse zu stehen. Oder DU hast EIN Teil und vor Dir Jemand 100 Teile!!! Ich lasse Leute, die wenig haben, immer vor aber ich habe das Pech, daß mich fast nie Jemand vor lässt :-(

Paling enggak kan dompet udah di tangan Jen...Dan kadang kan kita nggak yakin dg jumlah yg musti kita bayar jd duit blm dikeluarin itu mah wajar.
Lah tadi pagi, si ibu itu santai aja pas kasirnya scan harga barang dia yg buanyak (makin banyak barang kan makin lama). Pas udah kelar semua, baru dia ngubek2 tas dia nyari dompet, semua barang di tas dikeluarin krn dompetnya nyelip di paling bawah. Luamaaa...Sebeeeeel...

Danke! Heute hatte ich eine sehr nette Kassiererin! Meine Tochter warf eine Kerze kaputt nachdem wir sie bezahlt hatten. Trotzdem bekamen wir eine neue!

Thank you! Today, I had a very nice cashier! My daughter threw a candle (and it brokes) after we had paid for it. Nevertheless, we got a new!
