Ingredients: - 500 gram daging sapi - 1 bawang bombay besar, potong memanjang - 1 paprika besar, potong memanjang - 6 sdm saus teriyaki - 2 sdm kecap manis - 2 sdm gula pasir - Air secukupnya, garam dan black pepper secukupnya - Minyak goreng
Haluskan: - 6 siung bawang putih - 2cm jahe
Directions: 1. Potong tipis memanjang daging sapi. 2. Campur saus teriyaki, kecap dan gula dalam mangkuk dan masukkan potongan daging ke dalamnya. Biarkan sampai 1 jam. 3. Bila sudah 1 jam, panaskan minyak goreng dan tumis bumbu halus 4. Masukkan daging 5. Masukkan bawang bombay dan paprika 6. Bila sudah tercampur masukkan air, garam dan black pepper

Ingredients: - Daging sapi sirloin (pangkal paha)/ Sirloin beef - paterseli cincang/ petersilie gerebelt - 1sdm pasta tomat/ tomatenmark - 3sdm saus tomat/ 3 spoons tomato sauce - 1sdm sambal ABC pedas (atau 1sdt sambal oleg)/ (only if you like) 1 spoon hot chili sauce - 1 sdt tepung terigu/ 1 teaspoon flour 125 ml kaldu daging atau ayam/ 125 ml hühner brühe wasser 5 sdm mentega/ 5 spoons margarine 1 sdm red wine/ 1 spoon red wine Merica bubuk secukupnya/ pepper as you need Garam secukupnya/ salt as you need
Sayuran Pelengkap/ Vegetables:
Buncis/ Stringbeans Wortel/ Carrots 1 sdm mentega/ 1 spoon margarine Garam secukupnya/ salt as you need ½ sdt gula pasir/ ½ teaspoon sugar
Directions: 1. Potong daging setebal kira-kira 2cm. Rendam daging dalam larutan garam, daun paterseli dan merica. Diamkan 30 menit agar bumbu meresap/ Cut the beef around 2cm thick. Mix water with salt, pepper and petersilie and put the beef inside for 30 mins. 2. Goreng sebentar dengan 2 sdm mentega hingga berubah warna/ heat 2 spoons margarine, and fry the beef for few seconds just till the color is changed 3. Panggang di oven dengan suhu 270 derajat celcius. Sebelumnya jangan lupa olesi mentega pada grill. Lama memanggang tergantung keinginan, ingin rare (10 menitan) atau medium rare (20 menitan) atau yang well done (lebih dari 20 mins)/ Wipe the grill n oven with margarine before you put the beef on it. Turn the oven on 270 celcius degree. If you like to have rare steak, you will need around 10 mins. 20 mins for medium rare and more than 20 mins for welldone steak.
Untuk saus/ For sauce: 1. Panaskan mentega pada bekas menggoreng beef tadi/ heat margarine on the pan you used for beef. 2. masukkan saus tomat, sambal pedas, dan pasta tomat. Aduk-aduk/ put tomato sauce, chilli sauce and tomatenmark inside and stir it 3. Masukkan air kaldu, garam, merica dan red wine/ add hühner brühe wasser and wine 4. Tebalkan dengan tepung terigu/ make it thick with flour
Sayuran/ Vegetables: 1. Potong-potong wortel memanjang/ cut carrots 2. Bersihkan ujung-ujung buncis/ remove the lower and upper end of the beans 3. Panaskan mentega dan tumis wortel dan buncis dengan gula, garam dan merica/ heat margarine on the pan and sauté carrot, beans. Add sugar, salt and pepper Atau/OR Rebus wortel dan buncis dengan air garam. Bubuhi mentega sedikit ke dalam air/ Boil carrot and beans with salt water. Add a little bit margarine inside
