Gara-gara liat postingannya Henny, bubur mutiara, saya jadi pengen bikin bubur juga. Secara gak ada mutiaranya, ya gue pake ketan hitam aja hehe...Jauh ya :D Tapi lumayan ngobatin kangen. Cuman buat buka puasa rada bermasalah juga, secara kalau buka gue makannya banyak, sedangkan bubur as dessert ini super mengenyangkan juga :D Enaknya sih dimakan sore-sore kalau pas nggak puasa nanti :)

- 1 cup ketan hitam
- 5 cups air
- 2 sdm Gula jawa dihaluskan atau yang udah dalam bentuk powder
- 1/2 sdt garam

Untuk sausnya:
- Masak 1 1/2 santan dengan garam sesuai selera

Directions:
1. Cuci bersih ketan hitam lalu rendam di air selama 30 menit
2. Masak dengan 5 cups air selama 40 menit
3. Setelah 40 menit, masukkan gula dan garam
4. Bisa disajikan panas atau dingin.
