Ingredients: - 1 onion, sliced - 3 clove garlic, crushed - 1 green onion, sliced - 1/2 cube gemüsebrühe (knorr vegi stock) - 200 gram soft cheese - 250 gr minced meat - 350 ml water - 1 tbs oil - Salt to taste - Pepper to taste -1/2 can sliced champignon (http://www.21food.com/userImages/guobinfood/guobinfood$1016143713.jpg)
Directions: 1. Saute garlic and onion on oil 2. Add meat and pepper 3. Add green onion and champignon, mix them 4. In a pan, boil water and put vegi stock inside 5. Add mixed garlic, onion, meat, green onion and champignon inside the water 6. When it almost boiled, put the cheese inside and stirr it again 7. Add salt if it necessary

Ingredients: 1 dada ayam yang gemuk 2 cm lengkuas, memarkan zitroengras secukupnya - serai yang udah dipotong-potong dan dibotolin 2 sendok lemon jus 4 gelas air 1 lb daun salam garam secukupnya
Bumbu halus: 4 siung bawang putih 1/2 sdt kunyit bubuk 1 cm jahe 1 sdt merica bubuk 2 bh kemiri
Sambal Soto : sambal oeleg lumayan juga
Bahan Pelengkap Soto : - Ayam di suwir-suwir - Sambal soto - bihun (yang sudah direndam dengan air panas lunak) - Telur ayam rebus, diiris –iris - Jeruk nipis di peras dikuah soto - Irisan seledri - Bila suka bisa juga dikasih wortel yang sudah dipotong dadu kecil2 - Kentang goreng tipis-tipis - Toge
Directions: - Rebus ayam dengan 1 bawang keprek, lengkuas, serai, garam dan lemon jus - Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, masukkan ke kuah ayam - Masak sampai mendidih - Kalau ayam sudah matang, angkat lalu goreng kering dan disuwir-suwir - Bila kuah soto sudah masak, matikan api. - Cemplungi irisan daun bawang
